The room was nice but lacked a place to sit down and eat. There could've been a low table by the sofa. That really lacked. Also, I would suggest having written directions to use both the coffee machine and the stovetop. I ended upusing neither.

This is the perfect location. We came for Oktoberfest and it was less than 5 minute walk, convenient to get to any transportation and nearby shops. The hotel itself is so nice and the staff are very helpful. We were 5 people and stayed in the clubhouse. The room had so much space and storage for a big group, it was perfect

This hotel is across the street from Theresienwiese, the Octoberfest fairgrounds. We arrived the first day of Octoberfest and needed an upgrade to a bigger room. The staff bent over backwards to accommodate our request, even though it was a super busy weekend! We got a bigger room and it was perfect. The room was clean, the hotel was clean and they even provided a free beer upon check-in!

The perfect hotel for those visiting for Oktoberfest. We were able to check in a little early after an overnight flight which was very helpful. The staff was great and the cafe on the ground floor was a perfect spot for breakfast.

Enjoyed Cocoon a lot. The appartment with small terrace, the bakery downstairs, roofterrace and bar. 10 minute walk to U Bahn station. Next time in Munich most probably Cocoon again.

Nice Property but Poor Service

Great room for a family of 5. Absolutely terrible service. There is staff after 10 pm. We requested cleaning and they didn't come for 2 days. Another day we requested cleaning they only left 4 towels and 4 blankets for our family of 5 - this was a big problem because we didn't return to our room until after 10pm and no one was on staff to help us. The washing machine costs €4 and the dryer costs €4, therefore a load of laundry costs €8 - and to add insult to injury, they didn't have enough laundry detergent and we had to go to Aldi to buy our own. Another time we requested toilet paper and tissues but they never brought them. This place has a lot of promise, but the management is absent and the employees don't seem to care or are incompetent.
