Room was clean. Shower soaks the bathroom floor. 2nd floor room. Pigeons nesting in the eaves are very loud and continue all night. Area around the hotel is very dingy. Lots of beggars and urine in door ways. However very convenient to the station and town center.

The room and facilities were very nice. The location is convenient for travel to the airport, trains and most business locations. The immediate neighborhood is rather urban (i.e., not pretty and rather grungy), but it didn't feel dangerous and it is about what I expected from its location near the main train station, not much different than midtown New York.

Best premium , clean hotel, newly built and kept in a rough area around the Main Munich train station. But it is walkable from the station which made it very convenient for us coming from a different city in Germany. Walkable to the entire old city. We never had to uber or take a taxi while visiting Munich staying here. Would be highly recommended, unbeatable price

Very nice hotel, easy access all around the city. Nice lounge bar. The hotel's neighbourhood is a bit rough. Our room was very clean, and the bed was cozy. There were paper cups instead of real glasses in the rooms.
