A premium well maintained home with a quiet neighborhood. House has air condition/heater, in house washer/dryer for convenience, all energy efficient appliances and all amenities for comfortble long/short term stay. Spacious living room has a sleeper sofa, coffee table and a separate dining space with a table. Bedroom has a King bed with two side table and a huge closet space for storage and cloths. Den is perfect as workspace with lot of natural light flowing in or as a second bedroom. Property has one car garage parking with EV charging facility. The unit has a small storage closet right outside the door to store recreational outdoor equipments.

Located at a walkable distance to downtown, shastice park, peace garden and lot of nature hikes.

A buzzing downtown with good restaurants & shopping, a night sky perfect for stargazing and catch the striking sunsets and sunrises from sisson meadows. My favorite part is to soak in the beautiful vibes of the mountains and nature.
