The staff, room, hot tub, and pool were all very good. This is an older hotel but they have done a good job maintaining and updating the property. The views of Mt Shasta are spectacular especially while enjoying the hot tub! The breakfast was good, more of a continental style and the set up is in the lobby due to space limitations however there is ample outdoor seating including those with a view of Shasta.

Hot tub and pool after a day of play was a true winner. "Every room has a view of Mt Shasta." Our 2nd floor room had a great view. Can't speak for the other room.

The rooms were clean with "real" furniture (old style) and quite charming. The amenities were modern and there were Mt Shasta views from our two rooms (on the second floor). We were just passing through, but it looked like a great place to stay for longer in the future while exploring the area.

The room was too small and initially had a foul odor--which quickly cleared with open door and window. The hot tub was hot and delightful. The location was OK but I would rather be closer to food.

Beautiful grounds and location. Convenient to food spots. Room was well appointed. Nice tiled walk-in shower. Room was a little small and perhaps an overabundance of furniture, however, we were very comfortable. Loved that the window opened (fresh air!) and we had privacy in the back. Very appreciative that it was dog friendly. We were only there overnight so didn't take advantage of any of the amenities.
