"They gave us wrong access code to the room. Had to wait quite a time for someone to open the door. We arrived late at night,very tired. The staff didn't even say sorry for the inconvenience. He acted like we entered wrong number and when I show the code that I received, he said it is not his fault, it is their fault. I don't know who the 'they'. He had very annoyed attitude toward us. We didn't cause any trouble."

But the rest of the hotel was excellent - clean, great staff, modern, great location (so long as where you are going is a right turn out of the parking lot lol)."
