In summary, the establishment appears to be adhering to basic standards. While it is acceptable for overnight stays, it is unlikely that we will be extending our stay in the future. Breakfast coupons were not provided upon check-in, digital check-in was not available, and the room’s lighting was outdated. Additionally, the refrigerator was not adequately cooling, and the staff’s attentiveness during breakfast was lacking. They were prompt in providing receipts, but I had to rush to the front desk to retrieve the coupons. Despite my extensive experience with various hotels, including international ones, this experience was at the max 2 star

Great hotel except for pool experience

The only issue with the stay was the attendant at the indoor pool. she was incredibly rude. My wife looks forward to swimming and the attendant ruined her experience.

Very nice hotel in a not so nice location. The hotel gym is excellent. It's fully equipped with a full sized pool. The hotel is on par with what you expect from a Doubletree. The location is the only downside. It's on the edge of what appears to be downtown Binghamton. The area seemed depressed. The neighborhood across the bridge was sketchy. The other direction, towards downtown l, seemed better.
