Sunny, Spacious with a Nice River View

Convenient location in Old Montreal, with a nice view of St Lawrence River. Apartment is spacious, more than enough room for 2 guests, with a large kitchen and dining area. Bed was firm and very comfortable; rest of the furniture not much so. Nice touch that windows could open and allow fresh air, tho only an inch or two. Wifi was strong and fast. Access information arrived less than half an hour before entry and after I reached out for an update. And while it sounds like a hotel arrangement, just be aware that any additional service like daily or 1-time cleaning or early or late arrivals all come with an additional fee.

Room with THE view!

Perfect location. Loved the cleanliness and design of the place. Especially the convenience of live music and restaurants at your doorstep. The view overlooking the port was spectacular. Communication was excellent. Will definitely book again next time we’re in Old Montreal.

Too expensive, missing basic expectations

Only giving this 2 stars for the location. Apartment was not cleaned, very poorly equipped. The couch was covered in feathers from the pillows and there was absolutely no toilet paper in the unit. It took almost 24 hours for the property to provide toilet paper…. Would not recommend for the price, it’s a shame it is poorly run.

Beside train tracks and winter events so can be noisy. Couch too low. Bed very firm. Suggest need wall mounted extendable mirror in bathroom . Love old historical building incorporating with new, & high ceilings, tall windows with Great view of pier, park, Faris wheel, and museums. Maintenance & communication staff very good. Old fashioned elevator was cool.Great location to all of old Montreal, & metro station only 4 city blocks takes you to other parts of Montreal. Apartment has almost everything one needs.

The location of this property is good, overall clean apt and management responsive . However, the beds (small) and couch are extremely uncomfortable. Although there is a kitchen, there’s no basics needed to cook ( ex. salt and pepper). There’s no extra blankets, garbage bags, etc. overall, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel as a place with amenities to stay and have a good night sleep.

Très bruyant. chaque matin pendant six jours à 6h45 a.m. Même le dimanche, un camion, ramasse les ordures et les bouteilles vides à l’arrière, terriblement désagréable. Avec tout ce qui se passe dans le Vieux-Port Il serait bien que la porte d’entrée principale soit barrée. Matelas confortable, mais les oreillers dans les deux chambres sont incroyablement inconfortables. Six oreillers tous pareil tous trop dur tous trop gros. Une sélection serait intéressante. Très beau logement, commodité, bien équipé, emplacement, génial, mais pour le prix, je ne reviendrai pas à cet endroit, juste à cause du bruit .

Beautiful apartment with picturesque views of the St. Lawrence. Unbeatable location in Old Montreal. Close to everything you want to see! Fantastic layout and stunning interior design - we loved the exposed beams and brick. So much natural light!! No grocery store close enough on foot for us to make use of the full sized kitchen but a plethora of phenomenal restaurants right outside your door (literally). Be prepared to spend some serious money on meals (mains at restaurants nearby are easily in the 20-40 dollar ranges). If you like a solid mattress you’re in luck - otherwise the extra firm mattress might flare up some aches and pains like it did for us. Rooms were surface level clean but had large accumulation of dust and dirt - windows were dirty (looked like a dog had slobbered on them - it is dog friendly). Slime/mold noted to corners of shower. Black face towels provided had specks of white debris in them. Otherwise a fantastic stay! Would love for them to offer somewhere for luggage storage prior to check in.

We had an apt. which is on the 3rd floor with stair access only. It faces the Notre Dame whose steeples can be seen from the bedroom windows. This building is located on the river front road. Walking access to the Old Montreal restaurants and shopping is very convenient. Everything worked in the apt. The sample photos are accurate to the expectations. The grocery IGA is a 10-15min walk and Le Beau Marche is a 6 min walk from the apt. Most of the local restaurants will deliver too. Apt. was spacious, lots of storage, 2 toilets, 1 shower, washer/dryer and full sized refrigerator, electric stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher and has the basic cooking supplies making it suitable for long visits. High-speed wifi work well for our needs. Our problem occurred when the property manager did not send the room access code until after 2 pm for a 3pm check-in. The email did not arrive to the inbox until 4:30. We bought local telephone/chip cards upon arrival which give us different telephone numbers than our booking phone therefore we never received the management text with the codes. We had to call the property managers and send messages via Expedia to make contact and obtain room access codes. We will never reserve a room with no on-site staff again if we cannot have the room access code before traveling.

Excellent location, beautiful building

Beautiful building perfectly positioned in the heart of Old Montreal with short walks to breathtaking walkable streets filled with world class restaurants and shops. General parking is across the road on the piers which is about a 8-12 minute walk from the location and is about 50 CAD per full day. When we arrived in the unit we were very impressed with the contemporary renovations that seemed to retain the old charm. A couple of comments for a better experience next time, the sectional couch in the main living room could use some new cushions as they looked very well sat on and almost deflated. There were no waste baskets in any of the rooms or bathrooms. Also no extra blankets other than the bedding. My mother was cold despite turning up the heat. Finally we noticed some food crumbs on the he floor underneath the living room coffee table. Overall very nice for the price.

The cleaning lady walked in before check out and did it not at all. It was extremely frustrating to get walked in on when I was in the middle of changing. It was great all the way up until then. Very very, very, very, very frustrating and embarrassing.
