Overall, I had a very good experience at this property. The penthouse was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made my stay very relaxing. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive throughout my visit. Breakfast was fresh and enjoyable each morning. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to experience the outdoor pool due to seasonal weather, but everything else exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Breakfast was excellent. Clean rooms, everything in excellent condition. The hotel even gave take out plates for breakfast which was amazing. One feedback would be to have a process whereby you track and ensure that people who eat breakfast are actually residents of the hotel because it seems like some people come from outside to enjoy the free breakfast due to the crowd and some food finishing on time.

I was pleasantly suprised by our stay at this hotel with only being below 4 stars. The rooms were spotless but not only that each room had a stove, fridge, dishwasher, washer and dryer. Also the free breakfast was great and location to old port, chinatown was a bonus. Would defintely stay again
