Staff was very nice! Room was clean but the bed was so squeaky, even if you made the most minimal movement. There was also a pretty sizeable gap between the door and the frame, it looked like the door may have had some water damage because of the bend in the door. Someone outside the room was smoking pot and it was able to enter the room by both the gap in the door and the air conditioning unit. Overall even though the front desk lady was very nice, won’t be staying here again.

The walls in the restroom need a deep cleaning, especially the narrow wall facing inward. The light over the sink was not working. The gracious clerk immediately changed our room. The walls are very thin could hear people using stairs and all car alarms. Only a small bar of soap and towels available, no frills, morning coffee in the office. The Watsonville location is near many restaurants and Highway #1.

Staff was amazing. My room was simple and clean. My only problem was there wasn’t any hot water for the shower- only tepid water. The TV didn’t work well. Lots of static. The noise level was pretty high outside until late but that isn’t unexpected in less expensive lodging.

Not only was there no fridge or microwave, the a/c engine was unreadable. While this was the cheapest lodging option in the town i was staying in, the condition of the place & lack of amenities will tell why it is. The garbage can was tiny and had to take the rest of my trash to the dumpster. I couldnt wait to get out of this place. Wouldn't recommend this place even this was the only option in town for lodging.
