Guest Access:

This driveway can only accommodate 1 vehicle no larger than a Subaru Outback. There is additional street parking for larger or additional guest cars. the driveway is steep.



Other Things to Note:

This listing has strict Quiet Hours of 9pm to 9am. There are permanent residents on the other side of the back deck wall. This neighborhood loves the peaceful nature and reports all excessive noise. Please do not be loud or disrespectful.

The description is accurate - it is an eclectic funky little place in great location. Host was easy to work with. Place was clean. It is close to the beach and state park for hiking. Close to the town with nice bakeries, Thai food and more. Be sure to read about parking. One space for small car with steep driveway. Or you can park at the top which is fine as long as walking on steep driveway is not a problem. Has a great patio that overlooks the forest - BRING SOMETHING TO PROTECT FROM MOSQUITOS. Kitchen adequate for basic cooking. Bring your own coffee and check for coffee filters before morning. Downstairs bed is comfortable. Upstairs beds are a little funky. One is REALLY high and other is more like a futon feel and a little lumpy. The one thing is that the place is older wood and people in downstairs can hear everything from anyone upstairs - was not an issue for us but may be for others. Overall it was a nice stay.
