Staff was not very polite. The TV didnt work when i went to complain there wasn't anyone that could fix it. The shower curtain was dirty and the back of the door had dirty hand prints on it. We've stayed there before and it wasnt this bad. When I asked about a refund for part of my stay i was told that he would have to talk to his boss and that they would have to work with Expedia if there would be one. I was very disappointed with this statement.

Yes,parking was easy. The woman at the check in desk didn't speak any Engish. If I had a question I spoke to a phone. No face. The room was dirty.the door looked unsafe, no coffee or tea available in room or ice available. I would not recommend this Inn to anyone!

Our room had a parking space beside it and under cover which was very convenient. Had to drive to the closest shop. Room was clean but the bathroom towel rail was rusty. No washing machine or breakfast facility.

I understand we're talking about two stars, but in 2025, you can't even imagine offering a service like this. The level of cleanliness is nonexistent; as soon as you enter the room, the stench of urine is overwhelming! Rust, limescale, and mold in the bathroom, cobwebs everywhere, and even boogers on the bathroom door. Not to mention the bed and nightstands, pieces of history, old, dirty, and noisy. And who could forget the refrigerator, noisier than a freight train!

The room was unfortunately dirty, I always look at the bedsheets and mattress to make sure there are no bedbugs. The mattress was filthy and stained, right behind was a condom wrapper, the toilet seat was broken. I complained and was given a different room with no improvement. We didn’t stay the weekend as planned, and booked a room at another motel. Since I didn’t stay, I requested a refund for the second night. There was with some hesitation that they would return the money. As of today, I don’t see it reflected on my account, but it is still the weekend so I’ll check during the week. Don’t book here, I didn’t do my due diligence and research the reviews, but I see that I am not the only person with this experience. I’m surprised the Expedia even has it listed on their sight.

I enjoyed my stay at the only inconvenience was not being able to connect to the WiFi and need to go over there we page and remove where it says laundry room available. There's no available laundry room said the front desk. Other than that it was clean, safe, quiet and everything was walking distance. 👍
