Take in the stunning vistas from the spacious living area and kitchen, which offer a cozy gas fireplace and a convenient wet bar. Or concoct a crisp drink and step outside to the private deck with brand-new furniture.



With one reserved parking space, this condo offers a great home base for exploring everything Santa Cruz has to offer! After a fun-filled day of coastal adventures, warm up by the gas fireplace in the main living area. Or get comfy on the plush couch and three armchairs and watch a movie on the 45-inch TV. You'll find everything you need in the well-equipped kitchen, including a gas range, microwave, and wine fridge. Serve up home-cooked dishes at the four-person dining table with two additional chairs and enjoy your meal with superb ocean views. Offering quiet privacy, the primary bedroom features a king bed, TV, and an in-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. You cannot go wrong with this location. We stayed three nights which is the optimal time to obtain true relaxation. We rarely left the condo because the ocean sounds and view were all we really needed. Communication was great.

The view was amazing. We saw whales, dolphins, and pelicans. We even saw a whale breach directly out front of the unit. We watched the beautiful sunset every night. The kitchen had everything we needed.

When booking the condo, per the website, construction was supposed to be complete. From 8-4 we had to listen to powers saws & power drills & hammers. Workers walked back in forth in front of condo so no privacy from 8-4. Also dust from the construction was causing itchy eyes & coughing. We never got to sit on the deck & enjoy morning coffee. The unit was clean & comfortable. Without the construction it would have been ideal.
