I just liked the location. Besides this nothing was good . My room had no hot water , no hand soaps , landline was not working. Loud noise from heater n smelly room .

Dirty walls in the room; dirty areas throughout the place; no smoke detector (only wires hanging out); body wash ran out the following day and when asked for more from the front desk, i got two hand soap bars; old body bath towels, no hand and/or face towels. When i asked for hand towels i was told, after the front desk guy walked around his areas for 5 mins, "ill bring them to you. 3 days later, nothing; old AC/heater system-not automatic; ONE trash can in the whole unit; miscellaneous itemsthroughout the hotel; laundryroom was a store and was out of service; one of the beds was against the wall with no space; the last 24 hours there was no hot water while the weather was in the 40°. No need for me to ask to be moved to another room-to other issues.

Yes, the room felt very neglected and we deserved a full money refund. One of the worst ever hotel rooms to stay in, I wouldn’t even call it a hotel because it’s disgusting. First, theres no light anywhere, especially in the bathroom and the light was flickering not working. Second, No hot water the most important thing to shower and bathe, nothing no hot water. In conclusion, don’t try to save money just for the ocean side and go to Hampton Inn or Holiday Inn express.

I understand to expect low when booking cheaper hotels and some inconveniences like pool not functional, ongoing work at property are more tolerable issues in cheaper hotels but within 30 seconds of checking in process, I heard 2 families coming in reporting that A/C was not working, bathtub was not cleaned from previous stay etc...our room sure enough had issues...no water in bathroom..these are basic necessities and hotel license should be cancelled based on these issues

Very dirty room all around. Tub had shampoo lid in drain. No one had clearly turned the water on after guest left so no one washed the bathroom. The toilet had iron stains on the back or seat and lid. The remote had no back part to batteries and I could not turn the tv on.

The room was so small I couldn’t do yoga. We could barely walk between the bed and walls. There wasn’t an overhead light. Just one lamp on the bed side table. The other lamp on the desk was without a bulb. Although the rooms appears to recently have been updated - trim was missing on the door, something was wrong with the trim in the bathroom, the shower was almost impossble to turn on , there was one towel, when we asked at the front desk we did get another one, but it was obvious we had interrupted his doom scrolling. bathroom.
