Featuring miles of sand beaches, our beachfront home is ideal for retreats, adventures, or weekend getaway. Great for year-round vacations, our chic hide-away offers comfortable accommodations with spectacular ocean views and direct beach access.

About us:
Our beach house is beautifully renovated. A single story home and can accommodate up to 5 guests. Two bedrooms (one king bed, three twin beds), two bathrooms, featuring a primary suite with its private bathroom. Special features: ceiling to floor windows with a sun kissed living room and expensive ocean views, dining area, and a chef’s kitchen with an Island perfect for gathering and entertaining. Enjoy premium linen beddings and comfortable beds for a good night’s rest.

The views:
You see the ocean the moment you enter the courtyard! The ocean views from living room’s and kitchen’s large windows are breathtaking. Enjoy the barefoot experience- step out of the patio, follow the boardwalk to the beach, and be awed by the stunning ocean. On the Oceanside deck, enjoy clear views of Santa Cruz to the right and Monterey to the left. Lay before you is California’s blue sky, ocean waves, sandy beaches, and amazing dunes. Set your gaze at the horizon where ocean meets the sky, the rolling waves and striking ocean sounds are soul soothing yet thrilling. Soak in the ocean sounds and salty air, this coastline is all yours to enjoy.

Night skies:
When the night falls, remember to gaze at the starry night sky. Spectacular and chaotic. Coming round from the ocean side to relax in the private court yard for schmoozing and entertaining. And yes, you can gaze at ocean views from the comfort of the courtyard.

What’s in the Clubhouse:
We are a gated private community, Monterey Dunes Colony, offering many amenities and onsite staff. Our clubhouse is operated and maintained by the HOA and made available to guests pending seasonal availability and weather permitting. Popular amenities include hot tub, heated pool, pickle ball, basketball, beach volleyball, and tennis courts. Please note the heated outdoor swimming pool is open approximately Easter to mid-October. Travelers are encouraged to discuss with host regarding the use of common area facilities and operation hours.

What to do in Moss Landing:
Nestled in the dunes surrounding Monterey Bay, our beach house is easily accessible from the Bay Area and around the world. While there, explore the area- the famed Monterey Bay Aquarium, renowned Pebble Beach golf resorts, the celebrated Santa Cruz Boardwalk, quaint Carmel by the Sea, the 17-mile drive, and Moss Landing’s Elkhorn Slough. Also blocks away is the famed Salinas Beach. Attractions include whale watching, sailing, kayaking, fishing, bird watching, cafes, and of course, beach walks. Monterey Car Shows, Pebble Beach’s golf tournaments, and Monterey Jazz Festival bring enthusiasts and spectators from all over the world. Monterey Bay is home to sea otters, dolphins, seals, sea lions, and a bird sanctuary. On lucky days, you might spot otters, seals, owls, and even whales along the shore. We have.

House rules, HOA rules, State and Coastal Commissions rules must be observed at all times and will be provided at the time of inquiry. Booking accepted upon acknowledgment of receipt of rules book. All guests are expected to follow all rules set forth. Any fines resulted from rule violations will be charged to travelers.
