Can’t even give this place a rating since we couldn’t even stay past 15 minutes. When you walked to the front of the house, there was a horrible odor. Getting into the house, it was absolutely thrashed. This place is FALSE ADVERTISED. The floors were lifting from water damage. My mother tripped over it. Super dangerous. Looks nothing like the photos on the website. Absolutely disappointing. The host is refusing to give us a refund even though the place was unsafe for us to stay at. DO NOT STAY

The space was great for large groups and gatherings, and we liked that there were so many beds too. And huge thanks to the host for letting us check in early and drop off our luggage too! Overall it was a good stay however here were some things that we noticed that could be fixed for the next guests. The kitchen sponge was pretty gross and old and there were no replacements, but the cookware and kitchen was good overall. The dryer was great for our swim team to use to dry towels and such, however I think the washing machine might be broken, it didn't spin at all and water just pooled in the bottom. There was duck tape over a vent in one of the rooms which was a little odd, but the air conditioning worked fine. We liked that there were spices and such already there but it was missing salt and pepper which was a little unfortunate. Many of the overhead lights are incredibly dim/ barely do anything at all, they probably just need new light bulbs. The bathrooms and bedrooms were clean and stocked with extra linens and towels, and there was soap there for showers and dishes. Overall it was a good stay it just seems like there were a few things that need some upkeep is all. My only real complaint was that the host did not reach out with check-in instructions until I contacted customer service, but once I reached the host communication was clear and easy.
