We stayed mostly to just sleep and shower. Not a place to stay for relaxing and lounging. Clean bedding and towels. Available cleaning when requested only. MUST PAY for parking, $10/day, they take it from deposit. Only truly negative thing from room was a weird skunk smell that never went away from the shower/toilet area. We informed the front desk after check out.

I honestly don’t understand how this hotel has such high ratings. The room was not clean, and there was no trash bin in the restroom. There’s a warning not to flush anything in the toilet, but they don’t provide trush bin(?) The faucet and light switches looked dirty and poorly maintained. The room had a strange smell, and the overall cleanliness was disappointing. On top of that, they charge $10 per day for parking, which almost no other hotels in Orange County do. The staff was also rude and unhelpful. Definitely not worth the money—I would not stay here again or recommend it to anyone.

Dirty. The shower was clogged- hair backflowed into the tub. Our first room had stains on the sheets, they did switch out the room quickly. The coffee is a little expensive and watery. We didn’t pay much maybe 120$ a night but it felt like a motel…also a homeless man was staying in one of the rooms with a bike outside the door with tons of bags- gave us an uneasy feeling

That’s the perfect hotel when going to the Ohana festival. It’s close to a mall if you want to do some shopping before going to the festival and close enough to Dana Point but without the overprice that others have.
