It was a very easy check-in process using the app. I liked that I could pick my room. The staff was very pleasant, the room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was fresh. I really appreciated the easy parking as well.

Overall everything was good. One particular staff member was very courteous. Right before breakfast ended, she went around and asked everyone who was eating, if they wanted any more food before she closed the breakfast room down. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. My only complaint was that the heating system wasn’t working properly. I cranked the temperature up to 85° and the room still felt chilly.

They were doing construction on the floor we were on. There was construction dust piled inside our door. I ask a maid that was vacuuming outside our door to vacuum it, but she refused. We didn't have a bathroom door which was awkward and inconvenient.

We stayed for 3 nights and not one came to our room to clean up the beds , not house keeping, not clean towels, not toilet paper, not one empty the trash bins, we mentioned to front desk, with out success. I reserved two rooms but was only checked in for one room and got an attitude from the person checking us in thinking she understood the situation when she never gave me a chance to fully explain.
