Bar was expensive. No staff but at the front desk. The ouside door A has no kind of locking mechanism, no microwave in the room, cable went out twice, shower couldnt have full pressure because the part is broken to switch between the tub spout and the shower, had the bar open well past 12a with the loudest karaoke right inside a door that is next to the stairwell.

I also want to point out a major safety issue: the room doors do not properly lock. This made me feel unsafe and is completely unacceptable for any hotel. I attempted to address these concerns with staff and management but was not taken seriously and was refused proper assistance. Due to the seriousness of these issues, I have filed formal complaints with corporate and appropriate agencies. I would strongly caution others before staying at this location.
