We were in Milwaukee for two nights and glad we picked this location. Andrew and Marie were great hosts! The home has fantastic history and Andrew is very knowledgable. It is amazing to see a home of this age in such great condition. We had no concerns being in close promixity to the other guest rooms. Breakfast was delicious. Thank you!

This couple is extremely nice. Rooms are clean. You get breakfast and parking which in the downtown area of Milwaukee will easily cost you 50 bucks a day combined. Yes, you will dine with others but that can actually be kind of fun and they always have good food choices.

Cons Had to choose a breakfast time Rooms don't lock unless you are inside your room Bathroom in Sophie's room was tiny The fridge wasn't in your room it was upstairs and can be used by everyone Was told by hotels.com that this was a reserve now and pay later. Which usually means you pay at check in, but the bed n breakfast just charged me randomly a few months before check in Pros Very friendly Parking was great Overall fine just being a little bit picky so people know what to expect

This is a bed and breakfast place so you are getting a regular bedroom in an old mansion. Things are not modern but they are nice. The couple that own the place are friendly, unobtrusive and serve a nice breakfast. The rooms are clean and have the basics. There is parking included which matters in that neighborhood. If you want to get away from the informal hotel stays, try here. It's no more expensive but has a lot better personal touches.
