The hotel was very nice! Pricing was excellent, room was very clean and taken care of, a/c worked really well, and everything was managed well. We did wish that the room offered heavier blanket cause it did get a little chilly in the evening, but other than that everything was great!

Loved the Hotel, in the morning went down for coffee and there was none. there was others also there looking for coffee. front desk response was we don’t know when we will have more. it’s was 8:30am?For the price of the room for stay not have coffee someone was not doing their job.

Decent area just outside Milwaukee. The hotel and room itself was very beautiful and clean. Besides that, you don’t get much for the price of your stay. No free breakfast, you have to pay at the restaurant. You also have to pay for parking and wifi. The thermostat in the room is just for decor apparently because it stays at 72 no matter how low you turn it. Just kind of wierd for a nicer hotel to not include these things. Overall 3 stars.

You have to pay for parking which it does not say on the description. "Self parking available" It is all self park and pay self park. Our floors in our room look liked they have not been swept in weeks. The casual bar in the lobby was not opened all weekend. The internet daily was $14.50. Between the parking and internet, we could have just stayed downtown. The nice thing about the location was close to my daughters house, who took our car home so we did not have pay for parking. Explain all your fees, makes a difference when traveling.
