I find this hotel the best value and location for when I stay in Milwaukee for concerts. Close to the venues and near the Amtrak station. The rooms are sound proofed well. The included breakfast is a great deal too

Very convenient. We parked once and walked to everything we wanted to see. Received helpful advice from an employee about where to get a specific item on my shopping list. Hot breakfast was a cut above most hotels I have stayed at.

The bar for the toilet paper dispenser was missing and the carpeting is definitely dated. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was good, just in a VERY, VERY tight space. More than 10 people and you were tripping over each other and there seemed to always be at least 10 in there.

The woman who managed the breakfast was excellent. I was there the morning of the 7th of October. She was great at her work. My 91 year old dad and I loved the close location to the Bradley theatre.

Very convenient location to shows. We walked to the Fiserv Forum easily. Parking garage adjoining cost $20 for 24 hours. Breakfast had a waffle maker and a mini waffle maker. Pillows not the greatest but that would be my only thing to change.

The hotel is in a great location, the staff were all freindly, helpful and made us feel welcome. Breakfast was ok, it was a typical Hampton Inn menu / choice. I have no complaints about it. Our room was in desperate need of refurbishment. The carpet, curtains and decoration is long overdue. I stay in a few Hampton Inns whenever I am in the US. This was by far the worst kept in decor and well below my expectations to have the Hampton Inn brand name above its door

Clean but in need of a refresh

The room was clean, however, the carpet was stained, furniture was damaged, and the entire property was run down. The staff was friendly but we asked if the room would be cleaned and they responded with yes, however, it was never cleaned. We also requested fresh towels twice with no luck with either request. The breakfast was dismal at best with cold food and stale options. This property is in desperate need of a refresh. This was one of the cheapest options downtown, however if you plan on going downtown, I would recommend staying further out of town for cheaper and taking a rideshare into the downtown core or paying more for a nicer hotel. Parking was $15 one night and $20 the next night and is owned by the city but one of the garages is attached to the second level of the hotel.
