The hotel’s smell in the hallways and room left much to be desired, and it was impossible to rest because of the constant barking of dogs . i think the owners left them unattended in the rooms and didn’t take care of their pets. We never come back to this hotel

The room was at the very end of the hallway and we had to get through tons of remodeling going on. Every day at 8 am there was lots of noise, people yelling, and construction noise in the hallway. This went on until 8 pm every night. There was insulation laying in front of our door and today when we left, they were sanding the walls. We opened the door to a wall of dust. The workers were actually wearing masks. How about the guests? This is ridiculous! I understand the need for remodeling, but how about one floor at a time, that they close off from guests? I was very disappointed in our stay. The only thing it had going for it was the location.

Mandatory Valet parking that is not mentioned. 200.00 hold for incidentals seems excessive. Hotel rooms are in need of repairs. Stains on walls. Bathroom floor was dirty and sticky. Never any towels in pool area. Valet was very friendly. Front desk staff were only "ok". Beds were comfy. Missed having a microwave. Amazing walking distance to Fiserv. Overall though, quite overpriced for such a basic hotel. As mentioned in other reviews if youre in the 2nd floor it is quite loud. You feel like you're sitting in the middle of the road with all of the outside noise.

There was NO hot water in our room (2053). We were told we needed to run it a while because we were on the end of the building. Ran it continuously for 3-4 minutes without success. Later, we tried, and it was medium warm, not hot. But if we turned it off and tried again in literally 30 seconds, it was completely cold again. This happened several times during out stay. Would not recommend staying there.
