Excellent one-night stay! The room was spotless, and the bed was very comfortable. Staff were friendly and efficient. The location within 20 minutes of downtown Milwaukee and the pool area in the center of the hotel make it a great choice for business or family.

Staff was friendly and welcoming. My room was clean and comfy. I like the microwave and fridge being in the room! There is an AppleHop (ihop and Applebees combo) onsite if that’s your jam. I actually added a night to my stay because it was affordable and close to my events.

Unfortunately our stay was not one to where we would come back. The pool and hot tub were down for the weekend, the room was not fully cleaned- but due to short staff. The one positive thing I will say is the lady on night shift was so understanding and her hospitality was great!

The pool and hot tub were both down for maintenance with no timeline to reopen. There was also no communication that they were not available until we got there. The room definitely needed a deep cleaning, our feet were black after walking bare foot on the carpet and the bathroom had visible build up in the corners and bath tub. We also are a family of 4 in a double queen room, yet only 2 towels and 1 washcloth were provided. Overall we will not be staying here again
