The location was perfect for my company trip. The room was spacious, the bed was incredibly comfy! The only hiccup was the parking, there is a fee to park on the property. Overall the experience was very nice and surrounded by a lovely plaza. Highly recommend.

I did a overnight stay, as soon as I showered and laid on bed, i started to feel tiny crawling feelings, after 30 minutes started itching a little bit. Thought it was just dry skin, hair fuzzing, i sleep then wake up to small red rashes, same for my partner, exposed skin areas were red and itchy.

Hotel and Rooms are very clean. Staff is really nice and professional. The only complaint and it’s a big complaint, is regarding the misleading description regarding the shuttle service and the $19 parking fee. The main reason I booked at this hotel knowing they charge $19 parking fee is because of the free shuttle service which I consider a trade off since they charge a parking fee. The description states 5 mile radius from hotel which per description includes Levi Stadium, but at check in I was advised shuttle service was only for airport which is not made clear anywhere on hotel description. Had that been made clear I might not have booked there knowing other hotels don’t charge for parking and have similar pricing and distance to the stadium. Please update shuttle description so future customers can make an informed decision when booking at this hotel.

The room is clean and ready for occupancy. They are fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, soap and lotion. The staff are excellent in welcoming us and friendly.
