There were no hand towels or bath mat. The tall floor lamp in the room would not turn off so I had to unplug it from the wall which was located behind the bed

I stayed one night here for a conference I attended at the San Jose Convention Center. It was only a 5 minute walk. As soon as you walk in you see a gorgeous bar and the check in process was painless. The room was super clean, well appointed and just plain beautiful. My bathtub was huge and the complimentary toiletries smelled so good (bergamot). The hotel is within walking distance of dozens of restaurants and cafes. My only dislike was the sheets were a little scratchy, but I won't deny that I just may be a linen snob. 😂 If I attended another conference here I would definitely stay here again and make the 5 minute walk, it was worth it.

This was our first time staying in this hotel. It was our 26th anniversary and they made our visit special. They upgraded our room and sent us a gift. They made us feel special and we truly appreciated the treatment. Room was very clean and comfortable and a great location for our plans. Thanks Signia San Jose, we will be back.

Property was beautiful. Room service was only available after 10 am, no Option for anything earlier. Had to leave property for snacks, coffee etc which made it a bit more difficult. Overall a 5 star. Stay.
