Room was decent. The reason for this rating is because of the airport shuttle offered. There is NO airport shuttle. Instead they just Uber, which is fine, but they only limit you to one trip. While the other surrounding hotels offer unlimited trip and a real shuttle. I wouldn't state that they offer airport shuttle when that is false. I will never book here again.

The AC/ Heat unit smelled as if someone had smoked in the room, staff said all rooms were nonsmoking and offered to change my room but after a full day of traveling and exhausted and settled for the night, I declined to move. Had a very early am flight only 3 hours in the room. Getting an Uber was fine, no issues and no extra expense to me! Staff was helpful, be prepared to leave a deposit after paying for the room! Quiet location

First, they were having problems with their machines we didn’t get checked in till 430 then they sent us to the wrong room which we had to correct them. My husband is handicap and they sent us to the next building a lot of walking and other thing the towels are children’s size they don’t even go around you if you’re gonna give towels at size give two a piece there wasn’t an extra tall if I needed to wash my hair which I did and had to use a hand towel. And all the vending machines were literally emptied no one ever refilled. We were there four nights. It was a little disappointing compared to what the amenities actually said, and the pictures that they showed it doesn’t seem like you really want to accommodate the people that request certain rooms for certain reasons was very disappointed

Everything was good or great, except the mattresses were so uncomfortably hard that we couldn’t sleep for most of the night. We were sore in the morning. We won’t be staying there again.

The 2 rooms stank of body odor, the pipes were noisy, there were people going up and down the halls screaming. When we called the front desk to ask about ordering pizza for delivery we were told no one would deliver at night because the area was so dangerous. We were there 20 minutes and went to a different hotel. We tried to get our rooms credited but the front desk clerk couldn’t figure out how to take care of it so we are out for 2 rooms for 3 nights. The pictures online are not even close to what the property is.
