Overall, we had a good stay! We will give it at least four out of five stars. There was just miscommunication about the check in time from the website and versus the front desk check is at 4 PM and but we were able to check in early thank you to Guillermo! Swimming pool was not heated but my boys had a great time!

SpringHill Suites by Marriott Milpitas Silicon Valley delivered well on its promise of providing a comfortable and welcoming stay. The front desk staff was friendly, professional, and made me feel welcome from check-in through my departure. While I would recommend improving the freshness of the room's scent, the overall experience was very positive. I enjoyed my stay, would recommend the hotel to others, and plan to return next month.

We loved the space available for a family of 5. Our 2 yo was able to sleep in the trundle, closer to the ground. There was ample amount of space for the family to roam in the room AND restroom. We wish we could have spent more time to roam around the hotel and use the pool. We will definitely be back again!
