Could be a little cleaner. The halls and rooms smell like cigarette smoke. The rooms aren't all that clean, especially the carpet. On the plus side, each room has a microwave and mini-cooler. They have complimentary breakfast. And the staff is incredibly nice and helpful.

The breakfast was excellent, definitely one of the best parts of the stay. However, the overall condition of the property needs improvement. The room and hallways had a strong unpleasant odor, likely from the old carpets, which should really be replaced with hard flooring. The walls could also use a fresh coat of paint. The bedsheets were stained, which was very concerning, and overall the room felt just okay. With a few important upgrades, this hotel could provide a much better experience.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was amazing with a bunch of great choices. The staff were very nice and helpful. I will definitely be staying here again. I would definitely recommend this best western!

Super nice clean room, very quiet even though I know they were sold out for a concert. Very good breakfast included. Very nice coffee machine in lobby 24 hours a day with fancy coffee selections as well as in room coffee.

Great place to stay for couple of nights if you are visiting Milpitas, California. There is a big mall called Greatmall nearby and close to the freeway, and their complementary breakfast is impressive. I definitely would stay again.
