"Hilton Ocean City Oceanfront Suites – Declining Standards
This was our fourth stay, and the drop in maintenance and service was a deal breaker.
While the location and suite size remain strong, cleanliness and upkeep were disappointing. The pool was dirty (sand, bandages, hair), jets were broken, and overall hygiene was concerning.
In our room, we had no hot water one day and no water at all the next—unacceptable at this price point. Additional issues included a missing wardrobe door, a rusty balcony door, and a faulty AC control.
The hotel offered a small restaurant credit that didn’t even cover breakfast for our family, which felt inadequate given the disruption.
We’ve enjoyed this property in the past, but this stay was a clear step down. The location is great, but maintenance and service need significant improvement."
