Loved the indoor pool,had a wonderful ocean front view.Very family friendly. Hotel rooms could use some updating ,mattress comfort could use updating.(we managed) Cleanliness of room an 8 out of 10 Loved restaurants and bar lots to do you almost don't have to leave. We would definitely go back.

Loved the location right on the beach. We enjoyed the arcade area. Indoor pool was large but felt it could’ve been cleaner. The room was clean. We liked having the kitchenette area especially with having an infant. I would stay again.

This is my favorite hotel to stay at during bike week. I trailer my bike every year and parking my car and trailer is never a problem. Thats a big plus for me. Very hassle free for the rest of my stay.

Alot of reviewers said they had a bad experience with hotel. We had an oceanfront room in the hotel part. We were on the 4th floor. The AC was kinda funky, and we did need to call for a fan. The AC didn't go below 65°. The indoor pool looked nice, we didn't have time to go. There was a convention going on while we were there, so, they were sold out. The Carousel is an older property, but, its very nice in my honest opinion. The beds were okay. I have a bad left hip, but I was able to get sleep. It's about a 15 minute ride to the Inlet and the main boardwalk area. All said and done, I'd probably stay there again. Just not during Bike Week!

Susie got in there toilet seat was dirty like it was never cleaned. Door latch kept giving us issues that even though the car reader would work the door latch would not. The mattresses seem old need to be updated. The TV set I believe what’s a 1989 remote control didn’t turn on consistently.

Girls mini vacay

We had a great girls trip even though the weather did y cooperate! The bistro staff were great. I heated up something in the microwave but it wouldn’t open so I could get it out. The guy came up quickly to try and get it open. He did but couldn’t use the microwave. He said he would bring another right up and I told him there was no rush and the next day was fine and someone brought a new one. Housekeeping was to come back to our room to clean but never did. But when we called for more lines they were brought immediately and she wa super nice. We will be back!

Beds were ok pillows were not very comfortable. The toilet in bathroom was loose when you sat down it moved had a lot of caulk around base. floors dirty. The sliding door to go out on balcony the lock was broke couldn t lock it.

The room was okay, but I was highly annoyed by the ice skating area, which was too noisy. People in the rooms next to ours were also loud; we could hear them as if they were in the same room.

This property is very dated, carpet, furniture and finishes all need a total refresh. Indoor ice-skating rink was nice but, we were not informed it would be shut down during our stay so, we never had a chance to use it. Outdoor pool and bar area were nice. Pirate ship playground definitely needs to be repaired and a seperate playground for toddlers would be nice.
