We booked last minute to stay over and enjoy an extra day at the beach, and it was a particularly good deal being off season. For the price this was everything we needed - clean room, microwave, mini fridge, free parking garage, and easy access to the beach and nearby restaurants/bars. The rooftop pool was a nice bonus!
