The room was fine, except it was not the room we reserved. We wanted two queen beds, there was just one king. They also charged my credit card an additional 112 dollars for something unknown. Reaching a customer service rep to inform them of a late check in was a total nightmare.

The hotel suite was nice.. lots of restaurants and shopping around. I dont think it was really ridiculous that they charge you an extra $5.00 a night to park at the hotel..

I was here for only two nights to visit my daughter. I did not take advantage of the complimentary breakfast nor the Wednesday evening social hour. I did not have an opportunity to use any other amenities such as the pool or gym. My king suite was very comfortable and clean, and the bathroom was unexpectedly large with plenty of towels. There were also a multitude of electrical outlets, but take your own cubes since there were no plug-ins for any kind of tech cords. That was surprising. I received a brief text message each morning from the front desk asking if I needed anything to make my stay more comfortable. I didn’t, but it was nice that they asked. I noticed a sign that this is a pet-friendly hotel for anyone who travels with their family fur-person. I would definitely recommend this place and I look forward to staying here again the next time I’m in Cincinnati.
