After reading other reviews, we were somewhat prepared that this was going to be a cheap stay and was fine for us for one night as we were traveling with dogs. If we did not need a pet-friendly place, we would not have stayed here. Check in was easy. Room was fine. Furniture is not new, LVP flooring, kitchenette was as expected. Everything else outside of our room was in poor condition. Old, very worn carpet in the hallway, bad lighting inside the building with an old drop ceiling. Despite “No Tobacco or Marijuana Smoking” signs on every entrance the entire place smelled like pot. We had an 11 AM checkout and asked if it could be extended to Noon, which is typically a reasonable ask at most places. They would not / told us they could not accomodate. The parking lot was scarce and there is no way they were sold out or at capacity. This is also located in an industrial-type area, there were warehouses across the street. Any type of food / gas station, etc. is a few exits up. I’d give this place 2.5 stars, and that is only because I had super low expectations.
