The staff were friendly and helpful when called upon. This place is not a 5 star complex but it is reasonable, felt safe and quiet enough to give you a good nights rest. Close to Cracker Barrel and Ruby Tuesdays and super close to the main artery to downtown Cincy!

The rooms was not clean had water spots from a leaking ceiling floors not clean furniture old and had holes in it and trash in the hallway refused to stay there front desk personnel will try to direct you to general manger and give you excuses requested a refund but not yet gotten it

The staff is amazing, my spouse was in a serious accident and they went above and beyond for me while he was bed bound. I was able to go to work without worrying he would not be okay. They gave me a room with a slightly larger fridge so I could lay out his meals each day. They made a really bad and stressful situation easier. The room was large and clean so I didn't have to stress infection getting into the wound.
