My room was full of ants. I was given a can of roach spray to kill them. I was able to switch to another room on a higher floor which was a problem because my roommate has a severe fear of elevators and had to take the steps up to the 5th floor. I spoke with the manager Carrie and was told I would be compensated. She advised also there has been an issue and that’s why she is there. Also why would you keep a can of roach spray at the registration desk. Clearly this is an ongoing issue. Needless to say my stay was not great because of the worry of seeing more ants which there were several in the bathroom. The maid never left enough towels,, less than 1/2 roll of toilet paper and never refilled the Kleenex. Hyatt did not live up to their expectations. When I checked out no compensation. Angry, disappointed customer.
Clean rooms and comfortable beds, but horrible breakfast and lazy staff and would not even clean the tables or keep the food restocked. The eggs were rubbery.
If you are traveling on business and plan to workin your room,planto use your hotspot or dont plan to work. The wifi is SUPER slow. When i called the front desk, the guy told me it had been that way and he just likes to be honest. I couldnt watch tv withoutit cutting out either.
Charged twice for a room, then they said there was nothing they can do about it that it was hotel. Com and I needed to contact them. Asked for a receipt and they could not provide that either saying hotel.com is responsible for it.

not the cleanest, run down, but nice desk people
Place is decent but very old and needs much work in rooms. Door to bathroom was one of those old rickety sliding doors that would not even shut properly. Room door to hallway had to be closed tightly manually as it would not catch properly. Had to request washcloths for room and were told 2 days in a row that they did not have any available. Coffee was empty 2x early morning in breakfast area. However, people at front desk very very nice. Parking is adequate but you must park a little bit of a ways from entrance. No outside cover over area where you check in so, if raining, you are not protected. Beds were very old and not very comfortable. Housekeeping needs to be taught how to make beds too as they were put together pretty rediculous. Laundry room consisted of one little washer and dryer and was pretty filthy as it was apparent it was a forgotten area by Housekeeping.
