Hello, I write this review with honesty. If I was able to leave a no review, I would. Once arriving and checking in, the staff at the front desk welcomed us nicely. No issues there. We were given a room on the first floor close to the pool. As we opened the door, we were greeted with a smell. It was a moldy/humid smell that filled the room. We then checked the bathroom, and it was messy. The floor, counter and toilet were dirty. The shower head sprayed water everywhere when turned on. The bath towels had stains in areas. The carpet was dirty and could have used a vacuum. We then went to the bed to check it out. We undid the sheets to check for anything that stood out. We saw a bunch of loose hairs and makeup stains on the pillowcases. Then the worst happened at night, after taking a shower, we laid down on the bed at 10pm. As we laid there, we started to feel itchy. We tossed and turned all night and couldn’t fall asleep. The following morning, we took showers but the itchiness continued all day. We believe it was fleas. We left early the following morning.

Our in room mini fridge had someone’s leftover Buffalo Wild Wings chicken that smelled awful. The room was decent but the bathroom was not clean. The pool didn’t open until 40 min after the open time giving my kids less time to swim before checkout. When I went to check out two girls were sitting around the corner just talking about personal stuff and a man had to tell them twice I had been standing there waiting. Would not book this location again.

The breakfast staff and evening staff where warm & welcoming. The breakfast we well prepared. The bed was comfortable. The pool was too cold. The tub tile surround was cracked & the shower rod was about to fall off. There was evidence of mold in the caulking and on the ceiling, most likely from too much humidity.
