The lower has a second living area complete with a queen-size bed and a convenient kitchenette. There is an abundance of space for the whole family to relax and have fun. Smart TVs, high-end furnishings and cozy fireplace in the main living. "Solo Fish" is a 10min walk to beach, ensuring an enjoyable escape for everyone.

All the bedrooms are great sizes with plenty of space for getting ready or relaxing. The master bedroom comes with a beautiful gas fireplace.
The outdoor bar is fully stocked with dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, sink, smart tv, bar stools and half bath for your convenience.

Cozy, residential 10 min walk to beaches and 5 min drive into Downtown Newport. Easy 1.2 mile walk to Newport famous Cliff Walk and less than 10 mins Aquidneck Ave with multiple restaurants and shops.
