No hand towels were provided, my information was not showing during check-in, the apartment was not showing reserved which caused me a lot of stress because I arrived there late around 11:00pm. The concierge was super friendly and understanding about this issue.

Kakerlaken und Baulärm

Das Apartment wurde für 3 Wochen im Nov/Dez 2024 über fewo gebucht. Einzelne Handtücher und Bettbezug hatten Flecken. Kakerlaken und Käfer in Schubladen für Besteck, Küchenschränken, auf der Arbeitsplatte. Käfer im Kühlschrank! Ekelhaft! Betreuung vor Ort hat uns nicht geglaubt und Fotos gefordert. Die Kommunikation nur über sms. Kein persönlicher Kontakt! Insektenspray erst nach Aufforderung an die Tür gehängt. Im Haus werden alle Fenster getauscht. Starke Lärmbelästigung durch Bohrhammer. In Garage, nahe Pool, Arbeiten mit Presslufthammer. Ungestörte Nutzung nur am Wochenende. Verwalter behauptete, in Anzeige wäre auf Bauarbeiten hingewiesen. Nicht wahr! Verwalter behauptet fewo (Partner von vrbo) nicht zu kennen. Wenn wir über eine andere Seite buchen, sei es unsere Aufgabe, Informationen über Gebäude einzuholen. Lächerlich! Für korrekte Informationen ist Vermieter verantwortlich. Lärm und Ungeziefer haben wir in Bild und Ton dokumentiert. Einziges Angebot der Ansprechperson: Wir könnten ausziehen, es würden nur die bisherigen Tage berechnet. Exakte Summe pro Übernachtung wurde nicht genannt. Frage nach anteiliger Erstattung von Zusatzkosten wie Übernachtungssteuer, Verwaltergebühr, Reinigungsgebühr und Servicegebühr blieb unbeantwortet. Aufgrund von Thanksgiving und Art Basel fanden wir keine Alternative. Einen solchen Befall mit Ungeziefer (im Kühlschrank!) haben wir noch nirgendwo erlebt. Urlaub war total verdorben. Wir empfehlen dieses Apartment nicht weiter!

Beste Wahl die wir hätten treffen können!

Das Apartment liegt wie in der Beschreibung gerade mal 4 min Fußweg entfernt - quasi nur über die Straßenseite. Gut gefallen hat uns die Ausstattung, ebenso die vorhandenen Strand Utensilien. Die Betten waren - top, die Ausstattung - top, die Lage - top. Ganz ehrlich, was will man mehr? Selbst die Kids waren happy 👍. Der einzige Nachteil war, es gab kein Wäscheständer um die Strandhandtücher aufhängen zukönnen. Wir würden wieder kommen und können es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.
