The worst run down hotel

The room they gave us had a balcony that was extremely dirty filled with trash. The hallways smelled like smoke. The beds were uncomfortable it was the worst night sleep I have ever had. I would not recomend it especially for the price not worth it!

This is the second time my husband and I have stayed here. The entire weekend was amazing and our room was outstanding. The view from our balcony overlooking the ocean was breath taking. We will definitely stay here again.

Don’t waste your money here, most of the staff is rude especially a short mid age lady that works in the cafeteria by the pool. This lady should be fired no questions asked! Worst customer service in my life.

Let’s start here… Front Desk staff are the worse! We got there and didn’t receive what we booked/paid for. George Martinez was very nonchalant and condescending. He walked off and disregarded my concern. He changed his tone once my male friend politely asked him would he let his wife sleep on a rollout while he’s on a bed. This was what Mr. Martinez had suggested that WE do because THEY didn’t provide the 2 Queen sized beds. His attitude was atrocious and unacceptable. They changed our rooms in an attempt to “compensate” but with each change, just got worse. Everyone seemed preoccupied when you asked for help. The only staff we encountered pleasant and professional was a Hispanic young lady with glasses and an Afro-American young man with Locs. The hotel itself needs some work. If you’re the type that’s just looking for somewhere to lay your head and don’t care about anything… this is for you. If you’re a “neat” person…. This isn’t for you. They need work!!!! Well at least the rooms they gave us. 3 elevators and only 1 worked. We were on the 10th floor. The valet parking is a mess!!! But unfortunately you’ll have no choice because there aren’t any other parking options. We didn’t utilize their pool so I can’t comment on that area. It Looked nice but we were so over our stay because it sucked from the moment we realized they didn’t provide the service paid for AND being disrespected by George. You Don’t get a 2nd chance to make a 1st impression. NEVER again!!!!!!!!!
