A pre-check-in form and a $250 refundable security deposit are required via the Truvi app. If you're bringing a pet, a $100 pet fee applies. Relax and soak up Miami’s vibrant energy!

Check-in is any time after 4 PM.
Check-out is at 10 AM. Please note that a late Check-out without authorization will lead to a night-rate cost penalty, that could be deducted from your security deposit.
Parties are fully prohibited. QUIET TIME FROM 10 PM TO 6 AM.
$300 penalty for smoking on the property. You will also be dismissed from your rental without a refund.
$250 penalty if noise level or other obscene behavior requires a police callout. You will also be dismissed from the property without a refund.
$100 Penalty for leaving trash outside the entrance to your property. Once your trash cans are full, please deposit trash in the large trash cans located at the building entrance.
Please do not throw trash or paper towels in the toilet to avoid clogging. Please use the trash can :)
$250 penalty for having pets in the unit
Damage to the interior of the property or common areas will result in a pro-rated auto-chargeback from your booking account
On checkout please turn off the lights, the A/C unit, water, and gas/stove, and lock the door behind you
Penalties will automatically be withdrawn from your security deposit and/or your booking account.

***IMPORTANT TIP TO KEEP IN MIND: Please turn off the AC when you open the door/windows, if not it may cause the AC to freeze and stop working. Thank you :)
