Nice hotel for a chill time

It was our second time staying this year at Upsun. It is a nice hotel and the staff are very nice. We enjoyed the pool, the beach chairs at the beach, and the bikes. There are lots of good food options nearby. There is also a free city trolley that runs about two blocks from the hotel so we used that also.

It was all very international and nice. There was no restaurant and my room had no body wash. But they eventually found some for me. Over all I would stay there again. The price was great!

It was just ok. My complaint is more about the noise. We could hear the people above our room flushing their toilets and also the car lifts in the parking garage below us. So not much sleeping in in the morning.

PEFECT PLACE TO STAY. 5 MINUTE WALK TO THE BEACH. ROOF TOP POOL WAS REALLY NICE. THE RESTAURANT WAS UNDER CONSTRUCTION WAS THE ONLY DISAPPOINTMENT.

We had a great stay at Upsun! We booked rooms before/after an extended cruise. Martin and Natalia at the front desk made it a great experience with champagne at arrival 😁. The resort fee was worth it, we had a beautiful view on the rooftop pool and nice bikes to rent (included). It's the perfect area to bike from, the beach is just down the street! The only downside was the early check out time, but they worked with us both days for an extension. Thanks to the staff at Upsun!
