Rooms condition is great on complaints. However I did not bring my dogs because your rooms states no pets but next to my room there was a dog left alone and started barking. Service dogs should never be left by themselves so I know there are customers that brought their dog to their room. There were two EV chargers but only one was operational. One car stayed charging over night way after the charge was completed therefore he was jogging the charger and we were ended up not being able to charge. Not a very good experience because of this incident.

The room and bathroom were clean and well stocked with towels. Bedding was clean, inviting, and comfortable. Desk was good for working. Plenty of outlets and USB ports. Television was good. We asked if my husband could have a late check out because I was having a medical procedure done nearby. They were nice enough to extend check out one hour for him.
