When we checked in. The smell of ammonia and moth balls was overwhelming. The check in staff was nice. Check in was very quick. When we got on the super small elevator was one negative. Once we got off and saw the dark, dingy hallway. That was another negative. The room was super all as well. We went to the front desk to ask where the beach was. The check in agent said, was it wasn’t a beach..We then immediately left. Found the Savoy Marriott on Ocean drive. Came back to FOUND, checked out and requested a refund.

Amazing interior design, customer service and stay. Everyone is super attentive. The decor is super cute. They keep it super clean and safe. They also have an amazing restaurant/bar with amazing food and drinks at affordable prices. We loved our experience here, top tier at an affordable price. Definitely coming back!!!!
