When we checked in. The smell of ammonia and moth balls was overwhelming. The check in staff was nice. Check in was very quick. When we got on the super small elevator was one negative. Once we got off and saw the dark, dingy hallway. That was another negative. The room was super all as well. We went to the front desk to ask where the beach was. The check in agent said, was it wasn’t a beach..We then immediately left. Found the Savoy Marriott on Ocean drive. Came back to FOUND, checked out and requested a refund.

Let’s clear the air, the year is 2025 and most hotels and businesses are raising their standards and expectations for hotel hospitality. However the FOUND hotel has not found their way into this new way of thinking/performing. In my opinion spend the extra $200 and get something that includes, parking and WiFi and other amenities that come standard at a little higher price point. Pros: The host were nice Bed was comfy Close to the beach Cons: NO INCLUDED PARKING WIFI WORKED ONLY HALF THE TRIP Room service came at 5pm most days? No breakfast No ice The water is in a lair in the downstairs basement Room is terribly small Only alley way views from your room. Thin walls

I had a nice stay, although there was a construction going on, workers were very careful to maintain building in order. Room cleaning is upon request but everytime I requested they solved this issue. Staff were great , nice people overall
