The room was very spacious and clean, having an airport shuttle is a blessing. The hot breakfast was not so good but having bagels and fruit was a plus, the coffee was great but it would be nice if you had flavored creamer and cream cheese but overall the property is very, very nice.

- NO FREE PARKING! - room not bad but had a few kinks: hand shower leaked so much out of the fitting that nothing came out of the actual hand shower (just used the normal shower head), shelf in the kitchenette had broken laminate piece and the someone dropped the remote, the pieces did not close well and was never fixed. - not quiet. be prepared to be have the sound of planes and trains throughout the night

The hotel is clean and the staff was friendly. The room was also clean, but the furniture set up does not leave a lot of space. The paid parking situation is a bit different as you don’t pay through the hotel. We found that a bit off-putting. Our stay was pleasant overall.

Dirty bathroom and long black hair on the bed. Crumbly sheets. Toilet seat open, ripped toilet paper, no hand soap and no plastic lining in the gatbage bin. Someone else had clearly used the room before our late arrival. Front desk "the hotel is fully booked". After more than 20 h of travel we just wanted to sleep. We actually did after getting used to the terrible smell in the room. Breakfast was well below standard. Unidentifiable little foamy "cakes" that were supposed to be eggs as another guest told us. Thankfully there was one fruit option, so we had a banana each. On a positive note, the hotel had been partly renovated and looks modern in many areas. It also has a passable gym. And the airport transfer is friendly and efficient.
