🏊 IMPORTANT POOL ACCESS & BUILDING NOTICE:



- Pool Availability: The outdoor building pool is ONLY open on Saturdays and Sundays.



- Weekdays: The pool is completely CLOSED Monday through Friday (including holidays) due to ongoing building renovation works.



- Balconies & Windows: During these ongoing construction works, unit balconies will remain closed/inaccessible, and windows are covered with protective film.



- Noise Notice: Construction noise is expected during daytime working hours (Monday through Friday).



- Management Disclaimer: Pool hours, maintenance, and availability are strictly managed by the building association, not the host.

- Overnight: USD $75 (includes in-and-out privileges)



- Additional notes: USD $3 gratuity fee per transaction; Oversized vehicles +USD $15; Lost ticket USD $50 + time parked.



⚠️ Strictly Enforced Building Policy:



- No cell phones or electronic devices allowed in spa/wet areas. Failure to comply may result in a $200 USD fine per day by the building.

Please be advised that the building's exterior facade is currently undergoing maintenance and restoration work. As a result, balcony access is strictly closed and temporarily unavailable until further notice. Construction noise and contractor activity may also occur during standard working hours. We appreciate your understanding as the building completes these necessary improvements.



⚠️ Please note: The building is currently performing renovations on the unit's balcony. For safety reasons, balcony access will be temporarily unavailable during your stay. We appreciate your understanding as these improvements are completed.



-To access the building's services, please reach out to the Main Administration Office located at the front desk during business hours. These hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. If you arrive to check in outside of these hours, you will need to wait until the next day to check in and use the amenities.



WARNING: The use of cell phones or any electrical devices is strictly prohibited in the wet areas of the building. Failure to comply may result in a daily fine of $200 USD.



-Early check-in is subject to availability.



-The apartment is not equipped with a heating system. For your arrival, you will be provided with towels, 2 toilet paper rolls, small shampoo, and soap. Since the apartment is privately owned, replenishing these items is not provided. Please be kindly advised that washcloths are not provided as well.



- This is a strictly non-smoking apartment. Violation of this rule will lead to a $300 fine.



-Please be aware of the below are ICON rules and regulations that must be followed as they may result in a fine of up to $100.00, which must be paid by the guest.



TRASH

Trash rooms are located next to units ending in 01—example 2501.

Garbage bags should be tossed into the trash chute and no bags should be left on the floor.

Boxes and bottles must be taken to the Ground Level.



NOISE

No noise should be heard in hallways and common areas between 10 PM and 8 AM.



DRES'S CODE

Shirts and/or cover-ups are required in all common areas. No bare feet in common areas.
