Listing is not accurate

Property managers are basically bots. Auto replies and when I had specific questions they completely Blew me off. Specific example: the listing states FREE parking and use of amenities. After I booked I received a message saying I had to may $52 for parking and amenities. Which would have been fine if they actually stated it in the listing. When I questioned it I pretty much got Auto responses and when I called them out on the listing saying free they never replied to me about it. They would not allow me to use the place until I paid it. And still have never acknowledged that their listing was not accurate. The apartment is nothing special. Extremely limited kitchen supplies, and a bit outdated. It was clean. Also. The “unobstructed” views is also a lie. There is an office building directly across the street where I could watch workers doing their jobs. And if I leaned over the balcony I could see water. Far from unobstructed.
