The hotel is run down. Way more so than any of the photos show. The rooms smell like mildew or mold. The cloths I wore to bed are now trash as they smelled after two washes. Should have known but way poorer than expected

The receptionist was very helpful. The room was clean and everything worked well. My only complaint would be that our room, no 100, was very close to a extremely noisy road. Ot was more like being next to a race track.

The room was old, worn and not clean. It doesn't get cold in Miami often, but there was no heat in the room. The lobby smelled of mold, the room, a very bad cleaner smell. The bed was comfortable, but small. The room coffee machine didn’t work. Coffee was $2.50 a cup in the lobby and was horrible. There is trash on the ground all around. There is NOTHING to eat or drink within easy walking distance. To get to the beach, you walk thru a dark and shady "park". Find somewhere better to stay...trust me.

The entire facility is out dated, need improvement in the rooms such as adding more electrical outlets and bathroom, etc. Front desk staffs were very friendly and were available 24/7.

Kitchen room was large with 1 bed and large closet. Double rooms looked a little tight. Just a few minutes walk to beach across 1 main road but has crossing lights. A pile of breach chairs and umbrellas were in the corner near the pool and free to use. Paved parking is available on front and side of hotel. More spaces in dirt on back side across alley. They say they will always find a place for you to park but seems like it could be tough if hotel was full. Free street parking 11pm-8am close by. Dining options were farther than I would walk. Desk staff were helpful.

Definitely a motel type of hotel feel. Great for the price. I was able to cook in the room, which is a plus. Parking was good. They just need a receptionist person there during the hours they say they’re open.
