All lies. I don’t know how they have a high review

I was greeted with the fact that my id and reservation did not match and that I had not responded to an email advising me of this. I had no email whatsoever. The attendant was very curt and frustrated with me for not receiving their correspondence. When we rectified that I was assigned the wrong room. When I gave them notice of that, they tried to rebuke me until I showed the listing. It took a while for them to find the appropriate room. The overwhelming smell of room freshener was awful. When I aired out the odor, I found out it was to cover the mildew and mold odors. I then found later that evening that one of the windows was broken and would not close all the way. I had a 4 1/2 hour drive and needed an efficiency with a full refrigerator for work purposes and did not have a choice but to stay. I will not recommend this place to anyone and you definitely get what you pay for. Awful stay. Awful space. I wish I could have a refund.

Far from everything, like 20-mins to the restaurants located on North Beach. Place is cheap for the price and can use the renovation. I do agree that the room smells so bad! The cleaning solution or whatever it was is very strong. It gave me an headache!
