Well run, clean hotel in great location. Henry at the front desk was a joy to work with and always went over and above anything asked. Definitely recommend and will stay there again.

The room was clean as was the overall property. Breakfast options are limited but was overall okay for a quick bite. We booked a balcony room and had a view of an alleyway and the building next door which was extremely upsetting. Got woken up to the sound of dumpster emptying. Overall the property was clean and in a convenient location but the upgrade to a balcony was a waste of money. Room is very plain and lacks decor but was functional. I find housekeeping only every three days to be not up to our standards. I don’t think I’d return to this property in our future stays

This hotel was convenient and very clean. My room was modern decor and very nice. The staff was very friendly and the hotel overall was small but very unique and comfortable for me. I will definitely stay here again and bring my family. Oh yeah the pool is on the roof top of the other hotel and it’s so relaxing with a nice view and they give you breakfast on the morning. Best weekend hotel ever!!

The only con I can say about the hotel is the pool. It’s a small pool but it should be heated. Wanted to swim in the morning before we left and pool is ice cold. The room was beautiful with a very large terrace and breakfast was fine but preferred bacon and only had sausage. The bed was amazingly comfortable. We needed an extra blanket and went to the front and they were very hospitable. 2 Welcome alcohol or non alcoholic beverages available but no nuts or snacks. No restaurant available; only breakfast. 2 bottles of water in room provided.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed for our stay. The free breakfast is very limited, so don't expect alot. If tou like waffles, egg and pork you will be just fine. Overall I give it 5 stars and I would stay there again. Ocean Ave is a block over, and so is Washington Ave.

The president hotel was perfect for our 1 night stay before leaving for a cruise. It is walking distance to the beach and in a prime restaurant location. The hotel itself has a lot of modern character to it, mainly in the lobby and rooms. The hallways getting to the rooms could use an upgrade and some AC, but other than that I think this hotel is pretty great!!

Love the hotel, good size room and staff was amazing! Only thing is there was trouble with the air conditioning the first day and they advise it was getting fixed but it didn’t. We ended up switching rooms our second day and got the air conditioning working.

Ac was out in our room. They installed what’s suppose to be ac unit, but only warm air blew out of it. In order to hook up that unit, they had to close shut balcony door making not usable to use balcony so all out wet clothes we were forced to put in restroom making a mess everywhere. We mentioned it early in the day to desk clerk, said he would take care of it but didn’t. Later we went back and mentioned it and same clerk stated I wish I knew sooner to swap you. What? I told him at 11 am. So they said they would give us a fan. It was a personal small fan you put on office desk. Very disappointing. Let him know not a very good stay, he apologized but said to put in review. We were not accommodated for anything
