The front desk lady and the guy that assist us in our 2 days stay are really nice and really courteous to help you. cleaners make sure you have new towels. breakfast team handle the crowd pretty good. Love the free drinks from the bar. Overall, definitely will come again and recommend it. Only idea i suggest is maybe put the right designated area for smoking area, my bf and I was enjoying sitting at the porch at night and smokers using both side of porch smoking. Theres a sign of no smoking in the wall but in the trash can, it says u can smoke in that area, it contradicts it. But other than that. Everything else is great.

Collin’s street can’t be called quiet, but rooms toward the back are pretty quiet, except for the cleaning crew at 8am in the morning. Loud talking, doors slamming. Crew needs to consider guests in the rooms. Front desk, front door and bar service were excellent. Parking valet left a bit to be desired. Nonetheless we’d stay here again. Easy walk to the Filmore and lots of restaurants.

Friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms but fairly dated. No plug sockets near the bed meant charging phones and other devices on the other side of the room. Pool small but nice for a few hours in the sun. Breakfast was chaotic and basic, but appreciated it being included.

I was discriminated against and illegally refused my room due to my service animal. They were asking for "proof" which is not something that anyone in the United States is legally allowed to request. I was then turned away as they refused to check me in and they refused to refund me for the stay. The woman and the manager at the front desk were terribly unkind. The young woman working the check-in was rude and prior to this encounter was serving guests around me, ignoring me, and took a call complaining about their co-worker in front of me.

Perfect location, easy walk to the beach at a spot that has showers, restrooms, lifeguards, etc. On a main street so you can sit outside the front door and people watch as you enjoy your welcome drink on checkin, but the windows are thick so when you're indoors it's nice and quiet. Rooms are clean and well equipped. The breakfast has lots of options as long as you can eat carbs, and don't have allergies. . . vegan and gluten free people would do better to take a room with a fridge and have your own food. Generous staff who are unfailingly friendly and polite. Reasonable rates especially in the off season. Lots of cafes and restaurants in the area. Good bus options but don't try to park here.
