The room was clean. Very cordial staff. I liked walk in shower. The place is very centrally located on South Beach. Within walking distance of restaurants, bars, entertainment , beach, and shopping. I would stay here again because of reasonable rates and location.

The room was good, the bathroom could have been better. Location was great. Breakfast was good. The lobby and front desk area was clean and nice. Front desk people and staff were friendly and polite. Overall nice experience. I recommed, the hotel to provide a microwave in the room and increase amenities in the room to have customers even better experience for their vacation .

The President had an excellent attention to detail as staff was attentive and worked to meet guests needs. The front desk and porter were very helpful from bag delivery and storage to accomadating special requests.The hot American style breakfast was always fresh and hogh quLity and served well and efficiently. Coffee of good quality and variety of juice pastries cereal and yogurt options available. The only drawback was in the room, certain fixtures had seen their better day with the lamps bases and other metal about the fixtures were worn and bathroom sink drain not working properly. The mirror as well was usable but its seemed its corrosion was not charming.The luggage rack provided had corroded legs and left rust trails if you moved it. Bath was very tight on floor space as well. For larger people not a good fit especially the shower with door to swing in only to enter and walk around as commode blocked function of opening out. Mattress though comfortable had a squeak to its springs upon sitting on it. The location, very nice breakfast, excellent friendly service of staff and relative quietness for a busy area allmade up for the foibles of the small bath. Upgrade the room and opt for a larger bath if available if staying.The pool area looked clean safe and was well attended with key access by elevator. It was relatively small as it served two hotels on property so stop early for a spot. We did not use but visited to see the rooftop view. Nice family hotel and great value

Overall, the stay was excellent. The breakfast was great and very convenient, and the valet parking service was also top-notch. The only minor drawback was the cracked windows, which allowed in a noticeable amount of street noise. If street noise doesn’t bother you, this is a great option, especially given its close proximity to the beach and Lummus Park.

Check in prompt and friendly. Rooms clean but very Spartan. Although always annoying, the so called resort fee does actually provide something here. There is a free welcoming drink and an excellent breakfast buffet. Although we didn't take advantage due to the weather, there is access to beach chairs and umbrellas.
