A skylit, double-height studio loft in Buena Vista, next to Miami's Design District, Wynwood and Midtown, minutes from Miami Beach and a walk from the Shops at Midtown.

Inside: an open kitchenette and living area under a big skylight, a floating spiral stair up to a beamed bedroom loft with a queen bed, and a sofa bed in the living room. In-unit washer and dryer, wifi, air conditioning.

Outside: a tropical garden with patio and BBQ grill, shared with the neighboring rental (also ours). Quiet hours begin at 10 PM.

Parking: 3 cars park on the property; additional parking nearby upon request.

Max occupancy: 2 guests. Pets welcome. The stairs and upper floor have heights without rails.
