I did not get the house that I booked. The host tried to fast talk me into telling me that this was an upgrade, but it did not accommodate my total party. We had to sleep in the living room. They switch all of our booking without even letting me know. Never reached out. Then when she finally called, she made it seem like she was doing me a favor (her words exactly) and said she could have just canceled without even giving me a notice and I should be thankful. There was a part of the house closed off, and she had someone else staying there. I had to place something on the door for security to make sure no one entered. I will not be booking with this property again. She had no empathy and was not concern about me or my guest.

Very nice house awesome back hard with pool we did have few small issues with bathroom when got there but they took care of it ! Definitely recommend stay there nice spot to out of city pretty close to everything tho!

The host interaction was really only realized on the morning of the check in after much persistency from our end; even contacting VRBO too. Never a reply after initial messaging contact in June 2025.House seemed nice (on pics), but several broken things and except from the marvelous shining floor, the cleanliness was suboptimal

Disappointed and Disrespected

The wear on the property was visible. The host was MIA for arrival walk through. Keys were received by cleaners. Entry and exit doors are not secure. The outside is visible through a crack at the top of the door. House is smaller than pictured. Property has substantial visual amounts of storm damage in 3 of the 4 bedrooms. The air in the primary bedroom is weak and room is very hot. The 3 bathrooms listed, only 2 are inside the home. The third bathroom is located outside at the back of the property with no ventilation. The washer and dryer is outside as well. The pool was nice but located two steps from the house. There is no safety gate around the pool given its close proximity to the house with the concrete around the pool being slippery when wet was hazardous with small children and adults. It came with some floatables for the pool. The outside fan over the table did not work. Had to contact the host to provide umbrellas as seen in pictures. The kitchen is a small galley type kitchen. We stayed for 6 days. VRBO should make it mandatory that host notify renters if there property has any damage and allow the renter the opportunity to decide if they want to look at walls that are cracking, peeling and stained by water damaged. I choose this property based on the pictures. The property was at least 45-60 mins away from anything fun. This property was not what we were expecting given the LUX description of the property.

Amazing Stay

Very clean, nice neighborhood, beautiful backyard and beautiful property with a lot of parking.Only recommendation is that it only sleeps 11 people comfortably. We had 13 as listed and one slept on a couch, the other on an air mattress.
